Champagne Wishes: VALENTINE’S DAY GIFT IDEAS FOR THE WINE LOVER Spend Time Together Sipping Wines from Around the Globe At the 4th Annual New York Wine Expo February 25th & 26th

This Valentine’s Day give your sweetheart a gift you can enjoy together, strolling hand in hand, sipping wines from around the world. The 4th Annual New York Wine Expo is February 25 and 26. The Wine Expo provides an ideal opportunity for couples to spend time together and discover new varietals and wine regions that they can enjoy throughout the year, at home or out on the town. Tickets are available online at www.NewYorkWineExpo.com, making shopping easier than ever.

“The right wine can help create an atmosphere of romance and passion,” said Leslie Sbrocco, award winning author, and Founder of “Thirsty Girl” a multi-media company focused on wine, food and travel. “For Valentine’s Day slip into a rose sparkling wine to kick off the night and end it with a smooth red such as Malbec or Merlot, which pair beautifully with dark chocolate delights."

The Grand Tasting showcases over 600 wines from more than 150 vineyards all around the world, and provides the unique opportunity to meet and speak with the winemakers who produce them. Not just for couples, tickets to the Wine Expo are ideal for any wine enthusiast in your life.

In addition to tantalizing your palette, expand your knowledge on all things wine at the Expo’s seminar series. This year’s seminars will be led by industry experts including Gloria Maroti Frazee, Wine Spectator and Leslie Sbrocco. The sessions are designed for the curious "new wine drinker" as well as the most seasoned connoisseur. There is an additional cost for each session, which runs between 60-90 minutes. You must purchase a ticket to the Grand Tasting in order to purchase a ticket to any of the seminars.
