Champagne Wishes: Avión Añejo Tequila Recommended by Whom You Know! Celebrate Your Friday with Avión Añejo, Manhattan!
And what did Peachy Deegan drink with her Mexican takeout? http://www.whomyouknow.com/2011/03/terrific-takeout-mx-co.html
AVION Tequila, of course! Because, it is not who you know, it's Whom You Know!
And how does Peachy know? From Mover and Shaker Mr. McQuilkin, of course!
And Mover and Shaker Melody Fader knows, she was in that class:
And Mover and Shaker Chrishaunda Lee knows, she was in that class:
And Sarah Cichon was in that class and she knows too, and in this review perhaps Sarah knows best of all. We're going to tell you more about Sarah later, but she is the hottest thing in fur right now and if you have been reading Whom You Know at all you should find it simply hilarious that Sarah joined Peachy for the Andrew Buckler Star Vodka party for Fashion Week all the way from Denver, and she brought with her her friend named Charles who owns another alcohol company, but this one is Chip and he has Tequila. Avion Tequila! We're going to have to see if the other 8 girls in that class have friends named Charles that have alcohol companies because it's a distinct possibility.
The Agave Avión Tequila is produced with only the finest Blue Weber Agave found in the highest regions of Jalisco , Mexico . Higher elevation creates more stress on the plant which in turn leads to more depth and character in the tequila. The plants found in this region are known to be the most coveted plants for tequila production due to their rich mineral content and distinct quality and character. When harvested, the Avión Tequila agave is slow roasted in brick ovens under low temperatures, producing a richer flavor.
The Distillation Avión Tequila is distilled in small batches using unique stainless steel pot stills that feature copper coils. These copper coils work to remove sulfur particles, which eliminates harsh aromas from fusel oils and gives the finished product its smooth taste.
The Filtration The production formulation culminates in a proprietary filtration process coined “ultra slow filtration.” After distillation, the tequila is filtered very slowly through activated carbon to remove all trace particulate matter, enabling the smoothest tasting tequila. During this process the flavors become firmly set to Avión Tequila specification at an exact moment in time– the “moment of elevation.” This process takes approximately 10 times longer than the traditional filtration.
Whom You Know recommends Avión Añejo Tequila and you should absolutely know it tastes best when you are wearing a bespoke fur coat designed by Sarah Cichon.
