Consolo, Aquino & Maglio Bring Help to Many, One by One

Upper Manhattan Experts Arrange Long-Term Lease at 2036 Amsterdam Avenue
For AIDS Service Center NYC; Partnering with New York Presbyterian Hospital

The leasing and sales team of Faith Hope Consolo, Chairman andJoseph Aquino, Executive Vice President, along with Arthur Maglio, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group, has arranged the fourth Manhattan location for AIDS Service Center NYC (ASC) at 2036 Amsterdam Avenue. The 4,500-square-foot ground level space, on the southwest corner of 161st Street, will be used as a center for New Yorkers living with and at risk for HIV/AIDS.

Founded in 1990, with the mission of "helping many, one by one," the organization currently has centers on the Lower East Side, East Harlem and Union Square. At the new venue, ASC will provide services in conjunction with New York Presbyterian Hospital, including state-of-the-art peer education and training, harm reduction, specialized women's services, HIV counseling and testing, mental health services, medical and holistic care, case management, support groups, and other innovative programs.
