The 10th Annual Women Who Care Luncheon benefitting United Cerebral Palsy of New York City was held this afternoon at Cipriani 42nd Street. The sold-out event celebrated the accomplishments of extraordinary women as caregivers, volunteers and professionals. Loreen Arbus,Disability Rights Activist/Philthanthropist/Producer, is Founder & Chair of Women Who Care. Ellen Levine, Editorial Director, Hearst Magazines Group is Honorary Chair. Goldenson, Founder/Chairman, ABC, the 5th largest health agency in America. She was responsible for all the groundbreaking ideas in the Architectural Barriers, an Act of Congress enacted by President Johnson in 1968. It also honors Miss Karen Hansen who took care of my older sister from age two, all the years of her life, without ever taking a vacation.”
