I never use shave cream. I just rough it with water and my razor. When my wife gave me the a|MEN|ity shave cream to try, I reluctantly said I would. I didn't know whether or not I would really give it a try, I said this mostly just to appease her. I did, eventually, try it out and I have to say, I'm glad she gave it to me. She doesn't need to know this, we can keep that to ourselves. The a|MEN|ity shave cream definitely gave me a smooth shave and my skin felt less dry after using it. This shave cream contains ingredients that are good for my skin (willow bark extract, hyaluronic acid, and vitamins). In all honestly, using shave cream that contains things that are good for my skin hasn't been a priority in my life. However, now that I am approaching my late 30's, maybe it should be? That's what my wife says anyway... In any case, the a|MEN|ity shave cream is really great and I highly recommend it.

Shaving my face is just something that has to happen and it typically happens 6 times a week since I turned 30. Amenity Shave Cream is a new product designed to give a heightened shaving experience. The slick packaging attracts the eye: The front of the carton has a number of claims as to why I should pluck this particular product off the shelves, the last of which is 'prevents aging': why didn't they invent this years ago?!! Well I consider shaving a bit of a chore, but was pleasantly surprised by this product. When it comes out of the tube, it reminds me of those hotel shaving creams that are usually supplied with a blunt razor: however that is where the comparison ends. It felt good on the skin, the shave was great, and there were no abrasions either, although this may be attributed to the skill of the shaver.
