NIGHTLIGHT: Feinstein’s at Loews Regency PRESENTS MOVER AND SHAKER JENNA ESPOSITO IN ITALIAN UNDERCOVER

You know we know Jenna from her performance at Feinstein's originally:
And ever since that show in March 2010, we have been acutely aware of Jenna Esposito's talent, which we believe is best highlighted in her renditions of Sinatra (did you know Peachy did a term paper on him with the help of her Uncle Joe when she was at Miss Porter's) and the big band era.
This performance was a largely ambitious lineup and a wildly creative endeavor, but since we know Jenna well now, we were not surprised.  This girl has the energy of the energizer bunny.
The concept for this show was highlighting Italian-American singers whom you would not probably know are Italian, hence Italian undercover.
Here is Jenna's literal depiction!
Her mouth may be closed in that picture but when she opens it at Feinstein's you'll be glad you came!  She covered everything from Tony Bennett-excellent execution which we'll have to tell Tony about the next time we see him at Sing For Hope-Dion and the Belmonts, Frankie Avalon, Dean Martin, Lou Christie, Steven Tyler (that's right, Aerosmith) and finished with her best song: Where The Boys Are.  Jenna is an extraordinary talent you all should be aware of because sooner rather than later, this girl is going to be on Broadway.

Put it on your calendar!
Charlie, her nephew, surely will think of 10 new reasons why you should come.
We hope he will be in the show this time.
This is not a sit-on-the-sidelines kind of kid.

Italian Undercover! Does the name Francesco Paulo LoVecchio mean anything to you?...Or how about Lugee Alfredo Giovanni Sacco?? No?! Okay, one more try – surely you have heard of Concetta Franconero??! Need some help? Perhaps you would recognize them by their “undercover aliases” – Frankie Laine, Lou Christie and Connie Francis?! Here’s the scoop: Sure, most people are aware that Dean Martin, Tony Bennett and yes, Connie Francis are Italian. And most people are also aware that their given names have been changed considerably. But not everyone knows that the same can be said for countless others including Frankie Laine, Lou Christie, Bobby Rydell, and more...until now!! In this show, 3-time MAC Award nominee JENNA ESPOSITO revisits the music of some of the most popular and influential pop singers of the 20th century...who all happened to be Italians, Undercover! Come join in the fun of this “expose”, in this show that also features Jenna's five-piece band: musical director Fortune Esposito on guitar, David Crone on piano, Rob Broelmann on bass, Scott Morehouse on drums, Brian Broelmann on tenor sax, and Kelly Esposito-Broelmann and Rob Langeder on backup vocals. Also, as a special treat, author Mark Rotella, whose book Amore – The Story of Italian American Song, was the inspiration for “Italian Undercover” will be making a special appearance to introduce the show!
