Star Chihuahua Cooper Gonzales Keelan Makes His Debut on Peachy's Pet Pals! The Irish Mexican Lad Is One of Our Favorite Animal Finds!

It's not who you know, it's Whom You Know and Peachy and Cooper's mommy learned that at the same place at about the same time! Now we know Cooper too and you know who is seriously jealous that he is pals with both Liam Neeson and Bono! Cooper tells Peachy:

I was born in New York on April 23rd 2003 and I was adopted at 9 weeks old. I was supposed to be named Bentley but when my Mommy saw me she didn't think I looked like a Bentley so I went without a name for a few weeks until she passed a Mini Cooper on the road one day and thought it was cute, fast and had a lot of attitude (just like me!) and that's how I got my name. My middle name came about because my Mom thought Cooper Keelan sounded too Irish and she wanted to pay homage to my Mexican heritage (Chihuahuas are one of the oldest breeds on Earth; they were bred by the Mayan nobility to be traveling companions for the rulers as they surveyed their territories. That's why Mommy says I'm such a good traveler!) My favorite activities are walking on the Bridle Path in Central Park, lounging in the sun and spotting celebrities. I've met Natalie Portman, Bette Midler, Chris Noth, Liam Neeson, Carolina Herrera, Katie Couric and Bono, all because they spotted me walking in the park. I also competed once in the PetCo Fastest Chihuahua Races but I came in third because another dog came up behind me and started sniffing my rear end and I accidentally veered off course. I was still faster than all the other Chihuahuas though.
