You know she's a girl that just loves seafood, and she began with the Mussels Meuniere, above.
The New England Classic of Prince Edward Island Mussels are served with white wine and garlic butter; they arrived in perfect fashion and were simply delicious.
Appropriately, the seahorse motif is on the wall...we've always liked seahorses and think this is a great name for a comforting restaurant such as this!

Introducing Dorian from Dorian's Seafood Market! We don't know anyone who knows more about fish...Dorian says:
The Seahorse Tavern is a highly enjoyable spot. I was quite impressed with the top-quality seafood they served. The Seahorse Tavern is a wonderful addition for seafood afficionados on the upper east side! They offered superb selections that were super fresh and delicious! My Atlantic salmon dish was outstanding. I was very impressed by the local and wild offerings on the menu. It is sure to be a welcome new neighbor in the area and I have already personally started recommending it to people!
