Just in time for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, find out how these big balloons came to be! Meet author and illustrator Melissa Sweet as she reads from her book Balloons Over Broadway. This story explores the life and passion of Tony Sarg, the puppeteer who first created large-helium balloons the parade.
