· Fishing University, DIY Seminars & New Interactive Education Series: Boaters just getting started can hit the Welcome to the Water Center to get unbiased expert advice, budget-friendly tips, local resources and free daily seminars from “The Boating Guy”; do-it-yourselfers and boat owners interested in maintaining, repairing or upgrading their boat or engine can head to Fred’s Shed DIY Seminars & Interactive Learning Center for practical, professional advice; and beginners and experienced boaters alike can take their skills to the next level with a variety of three-hour interactive Premier Boating Workshops offered by The Annapolis School of Seamanship Jan. 6-8 from 9am-Noon before the show opens each day (Pre-registration is required for Premier Boating – see schedule here). Plus, don’t miss FREE informative and entertaining daily fishing education sessions and hands-on demos hosted by top local pros at Fishing University, presented by Allstate and produced in partnership with The Fishing Line.
