You absolutely need that in February, particularly after an entire day at the Javits Center (yesterday!) where the air is akin to a desert. Peachy couldn't wait to get home and breathe with Tom. In short, you turn him on in the middle, the ventilator has 4 speeds: low, medium, high, turbo; the modes are three: clean, auto, sleep; and a timer. If you like, you can put scent in Tom, but we prefer air to be clean.
