Upcoming Daylight: New Healthy Solutions Pavilion and Demonstration Theater to Premiere at 2012 International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of NY

Following a growing trend in the restaurant industry, Reed Exhibitions Companies is pleased to introduce the all new Healthy Solutions Pavilion and Culinary Demonstration Theater, March 4-6, 2012 at the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show. The area, located on the Show floor, will assist restaurant and foodservice professionals in their quest to source and deliver healthy dining options.

The Healthy Solutions Pavilion will feature 13 exhibitors providing delicious, health-sustaining foods and products. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste new products, and talk directly with exhibitors about sourcing new health-conscious items.

Partnered with the New York State Dietetic Association and Betsy Craig, CEO of Kitchens with Confidence, the Healthy Culinary Demonstration Theater will feature 30+ culinary demonstrations over all 3 Show days, and tastings from industry experts including Executive Chefs from the top restaurants in New York City - Certified Master Chef Fritz Sonnenschmidt, Master of Charcuterie, and Hell's Kitchen Season 6 Executive Chef, Kevin Cottle. The sessions will present information on the top healthy trends and bring attendees current solutions for embracing healthy dining options in their daily operations. The daily schedule is available to view here. Sessions begin at 10:30 am each day and run until the close of the show.

The Show, which is the only all-encompassing event in New York exclusively serving the restaurant and foodservice industry, is also home to more than 500 leading vendors and manufacturers showcasing their products.
