People are so particular about their coffee. We all know they will even shout out stupid sounding names and sizes because they think the company that’s making the coffee is superior. I am not a coffee addict as many in this nation are, but a good cup of coffee is something I enjoy. Dillanos Coffee is a company that produces high-quality coffee beans totally organically. I prefer a strong aroma and a medium to mild roast where the flavor does not get lost by adding a decent amount of milk. Therefore, I fell in love with their Dillon's coffee. It has a uniquely powerful scent of chocolate that engulfed my senses. My co-workers all stopped and commented about the rich aroma…Lucky for my event director, who by the way is a coffee fanatic, I saved her a cup of Dillon’s. She sipped and cooed. We bonded over the amazing taste and even if it was psychological, we were even more ready to take on the day.
Dillanos "Dillon's Blend" coffee is delicious. From the moment I opened the bag and breathed in the glorious scent of the beans, I knew I would love this coffee. Named "Roaster of the Year" in 2011 by Roast magazine, Dillanos puts forth awesome products. Their "Dillon's Blend" is their original blend which was designed to appeal to a wide audience. It is smooth and chocolatey and is the perfect start to any morning. With beans originating from Brazil, Pacific Islands and Central America, this medium light roast is sure to please any palate. Available in four different grinds, this coffee is a keeper!
I am a sucker for good coffee. When I tried Dillon's, I knew I was in trouble. This has to be the best coffee I've ever had. I could taste the subtle hint of chocolate, which I love! It had such a smooth taste I couldn't get enough. I know that this is a coffee I will be very stingy on sharing with anyone I like it so much. However, I wouldn't count it out as giving as a gift. I know I want more! I highly recommend it!
Dillano's Dillon's Coffee tastes amazing. Every cup I have been drinking tastes unbelievable! I love my cup every morning and WOW it does shake me up. I have never had such an amazing brew of coffee. It has a bold and unique taste. Get your mug out and pour yourself a cup - don't even add sugar or cream. Just take in the delicious aroma and taste. THE DILLANOS STORY
Dillanos opened as an espresso cart in 1992 in front of Howard Heyer's convenience store in Buckley, Washington. A partnership between Howard and his son David Morris, the cart was fueled by David's enthusiasm, Howard's business background, and a sincere desire to offer great coffee and great service. They named the business after David's newly born son Dillon.
David and Howard opened two more retail locations the following year, and made two other decisions that would shape the business for years to come. They invited David's brother Chris Heyer, who himself worked as an experienced barista, to join the family business, and they bought their first 20-pound coffee roaster to kick off Dillanos as a wholesale coffee roasting operation. It wasn't long before the brothers were soaking up information from coffee professionals throughout the country. They learned from the ground up what it takes to source high-quality green coffee, perfect nuanced roast profiles, and create balanced, smooth-tasting blends. They were passionate about the artistry of bringing out a coffee's inherent character with just a small nudge of time and temperature. They soon sold the retail stores and put all their energy into wholesale roasting at a new location in Sumner, Washington. As the family business continued to expand, Dillanos grew from a tiny three-person outfit to a nationally recognized roaster with more than 1,500 customers across the country. Today, Dillanos employs more than 65 enthusiastic staff members and roasts for some of the country's most recognized specialty coffee brands and cafes. In the face of all this exciting growth, the Dillanos mission statement remains the same: Help People, Make Friends, Have Fun!
