Peachy Deegan thinks every day is a celebration of being Irish...
Some of us can use all of the good luck we can get! What better than to have 3,4 and 5 leaf clovers to use in your favorite dishes, desserts and drinks! Obviously Fresh Origins Petite Lucky Shamrocks are perfect to use for St. Patrick's day, but they are so gorgeous that it would be a shame to only use them for 1 day out of the year! The clovers have a very pretty burgundy central pattern to them which gives them great dimension. It adds additional color to whatever you are dressing up! These clovers would be stunning as a bed under a nice filet of fish or a steak! They would work beautifully with the dishes at a great restaurant like Bistro Vendome! I can't wait to use these clovers for my next dinner party. Everyone will be able to enjoy a little luck of the Irish!
Petite Lucky Shamrocks come not only in 4 leaf clover formations, but for extra luck, in 5 as well! If you're out on an evening and eating in your favorite Irish restaurant, the plates may very well come out dressed in these brilliant green touches. Magic, for decorating, but edible with a tender clover taste, they add a note of whimsy. Imagine the perfect seafood plate resting on an edible bed of shamrocks! Visual additions such as these stimulate the palate and show that the restaurateur has verve and appreciations for his clientele. Of course, a shamrock on every St. Patrick's Day cocktail is a necessity, now that we know they exist. Cocktails all over town are gaining greenery as bartenders and mixologists incorporate these little touches in their creations. Look for them, and enjoy the special harvest of Fresh Origins.
Being part Irish, I love anything that I can use that has shamrocks. When I saw the Petite Lucky Shamrock, I was so excited to use them! I saw on the the Fresh Origins website, I saw a recipe for a cocktail using the Petite Lucky Shamrock and was so excited to try it out. Martinis are one of my favorite drinks and this one did not disappoint. I had a dinner party and served these while we were waiting for dinner to be served. They were a huge hit. I know what I will be garnishing all of my St. Patrick's Day drinks with from now on. Even when I want to feel lucky, this is going to be the garnish to dress up that cocktail or entree. I can't wait to use it again.
Petite Lucky Shamrock is a petitegreen. It is the next step beyond micros. Petites are much larger than MicroGreen. They have even more flavor and durability. Like microgreens, petites are harvested while still young and tender, but their larger size allows for building height and adding yet more, fresh flavor, textures, and color to food. The Lucky Shamrock has three, four, and five leafed clovers! These large green leaves have a striking burgundy and white central pattern, and measure about one to one and a half inches. Perfect for St. Patrick's Day. And so delicious. A treat for the eye as well as the taste buds!
Petite Lucky Shamrock is so cute and unique. Here is the luck of the Irish!! I love this adorable garnish it's absolutely perfect to add to any cocktails, pastries, soups, salads, meats, and seafood. As you can see you can put this shamrock on top of anything. You will love the fresh clean taste it gives off. I can say I just love adding a special touch to my cooking. If you make your foods and drinks look unique people will make it the talk of the town! Remember you want your food to impress and this will give that impact. Get some luck going your way by getting these awesome shamrocks!

Fresh Origins is America’s leading producer of Microgreens and Edible Flowers. Combining the benefits of an ideal climate with a deep passion for quality and innovation, Fresh Origins products are sought after by the finest restaurants and top chefs.
David Sasuga and his family operate the 24 acre farm located in the picturesque rolling hills of San Diego County, California where the near perfect weather allows for production and harvest almost every day of the year. David was originally growing flower and vegetable starter plants back in 1995, when a local chef visited his greenhouse and got excited about some basil seedlings he saw growing there. He had never seen basil this tiny and wanted to use them in his restaurant. It was then that David started growing Microgreens resulting in today’s catalog of over 380 Microgreens, PetiteGreens, Edible Flowers, Shoots Tiny Veggies and related items.
Fresh Origins’ primary product remains Microgreens. They have exceptional color, are bursting with flavor and have outstanding keeping quality due to the attention and care given in the growing, harvesting and packing. They are hand harvested to order at the peak of freshness and shipped overnight to arrive the next morning to all parts of the country.
