About the Editors
Ed Koch was mayor of New York City for three terms from 1978 to 1989, and also served for nine years as a congressman and two years as a member of the New York City Council. Koch is the author of numerous books, including Citizen Koch and Mayor. He was born, raised, and lives in New York City.
Gregg Stebben is the author of eleven books, including The Man’s Manual. A writer for Men’s Health, Esquire, and other magazines, and he has interviewed everyone from Mikhail Gorbachev to Katie Couric. He now lives in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
Jason Katzman is an editor and writer. He lives in New York City.
