Salon Peachy: The Winning Team of Gaby Bowen, Star Colorist and Mover and Shaker Kelsy Osterman Star Stylist Get Peachy Deegan's Hair In Proper Shape for 2012! The Cutler Salon Has Been Given Our Highest Recommendation.

Peachy Deegan and Kelsy Osterman

You know if you see Peachy and she looks like this, she just came from The Cutler Salon.
Contrary to popular belief, she does not wake up with perfect hair.
Fortunately, she does wake up with navigation to the Cutler Salon in her head, where perfect hair happens on a daily basis.  They do runway shows, blockbuster ad campaigns, and you know Emma Watson, most famous for Harry Potter, got her pixie cut from Mover and Shaker Rodney Cutler.  This is where you go if you want to look like you just stepped off a runway even if you are on the short side like Peachy, and even better you have 4 choices-3 in New York and one on Florida-see below.  We have reviewed many salons in Manhattan and consistently with every visit to Cutler we are more and more convinced that they are the best, and namely we mean colorist Gaby Bowen and stylist Kelsy Osterman.  They made Peachy Deegan look so good last November she was able to convince Regis Philbin to make a bet with her on the Notre Dame/BC football game.
So, here is what she looks like after Gaby and Kelsy have worked their magic.
We are not going to show you a before picture but you can be assured it always is quite the transformation.  We have worked with this winning team a few times now and have every confidence in their ability.  Both Gaby and Kelsy truly care about their work and want to make their client look their best.  They are so careful and professional and if you work with them, you will recognize their value immediately.  At Cutler, both the colorist and the stylist speak with you about the goals you want to achieve by the end and every time we've worked with them, they've exceeded our expectations.  In fact, this time Peachy just said "Do Whatever You Think Looks Good!"  Do you know how rare that is?  Peachy almost never says that to anyone.   Peachy says that to Gaby and Kelsy because not only are they each uber-talented but also they have extraordinary taste.
So what is new at Cutler?
We notice everything because it is such a treat to go.
The walls are now white and the stripes are gone.
And Kelsy Osterman has been interviewed as a Mover and Shaker:
When the magic starts, this is where it all begins.  This is Gaby's work station where she paints your hair with her distinctive flair and wraps it in foil.  Gaby covered all the silvers and added in golden blonde (with absolutely no red!) highlights and did backcombing.  Backcombing is when you diffuse the highlights, so when you have an endpiece it doesn't have a line of where you last finished.  You have brighter pieces on the ends this way.  To keep your color up, you should use Shades EQ glaze to make it shiny every two months along with a single process color to cover any offending silver. Gaby has an incredible eye and gives you color that looks so natural-you but better!
Of course, at Cutler they use only the best across the board and you know that means Redken!
Since we are going into spring, we did some more end lights.  Then there was a single process to cover some silver and a treatment followed with the Chemistry system by Redken- a shot treatment-a shot of protein.  Then for moisture, a shot of moisture was added to keep hair healthy.  Finally, a glaze was applied to make your hair extra shiny to reduce excess warmth (you know-the dreaded red hair that Peachy does not ever want!) Gaby is the goddess of color we have told you time and again and you can feel completely at ease with her command of color-she will leave you looking like a million bucks!
Then it was time for a cut with Kelsy. She cleaned up the ends and the layers, and that is no easy task when you have a lot of hair like Peachy does.  Kelsy made the ends crisp and deliberate but still really flowy and shaped up the layers so there was even more volume.  Before Kelsy worked on Peachy, she was prepping the models of the Michael Kors brand for an event for Spring/Summer 2012.  Once the cut was finished, for styling Kelsy used the Argan Oil by Redken and Redken's Fresh Curls Spring Mousse (green!)  and gave Peachy a ton of volume and loopy curls-something that did last through the evening beautifully!
Whom You Know gives the Cutler Salon our highest recommendation and we absolutely love this winning team of Gaby Bowen and Kelsy Osterman!
