Keep your eye on Gaby Bowen, above, because she's got the best eye for color around! We've worked with her for many visits now and her taste and talent are unsurpassed. The objective this visit was to cover the silvers and do a balancing act. Many other colorists we work have gone highlight-happy on us which over time is not a successful look. Not Gaby. Gaby cares about the long-term overall look that will keep you looking great. Gaby knows you need to do a balancing act along the way so you don't start to look too blond...and you all remember Peachy Deegan does not do red hair. No red! Only blond!
Cutler Salon uses Redken, whom we also love and have featured countless times. To balance out your color, Gaby employs a lowlight strategy combined with a single process and a glaze to make you look natural and ready for spring. She is the best at reading into the hair that we've ever seen and that is why Peachy looks fantastic! After letting it set for 40 minutes where Peachy productively read a book (see how we got to 400 Read This posts...), it was ready for the next step.
Now that Color Wizard Gaby worked her magic, it was time for a Shampoo. Then Redken Shades EQ glaze was put on Peachy by newcomer Megan Wojdyla who just started at Cutler last week, but you'd never know it. We were pleased to meet Megan who was totally attentive and knowledgeable about all things hair. Cutler's gain is Georgia's loss and welcome to New York Megan!
