Opera by Sicaffe Recommended by Whom You Know!

Sicaffe (in Italian, "yes, coffee") is located on Lexington Avenue in New York, NY. How I never knew about this coffeehouse when I lived and worked in New York, I'll never know. In any case, I am certainly glad to know of this fabulous coffee now! Being a classically trained singer, I was immediately drawn to the "Opera" coffee beans. I was greeted with wonderfully fragrant beans upon opening the bag. After grinding the beans, I simply enjoyed their warm, inviting scent before placing them into my coffee maker. As the coffee was brewing, that warm, inviting scent permeated throughout my house. Ahh, what a way to start the morning! After only one sip, I knew I was in love. With hints of dark chocolate, this full, smooth coffee is sure to win a place in your heart as it did mine. Excuse me now, I feel the need to go pop in "Madame Butterfly" while I enjoy another cup of Sicaffe's "Opera" blend.

Opera is a mellow brew. The bean is a gentle brown, with a delectable aroma, and as you spin the grinder, the scent that arises has just a hint of fruit in it. Sicaffe lets you experience coffee, rather than just drinking it, and the beans are the beginning of this experience. Their "artful blending and roasting processes" bring individual personalities to each blend. At Sicaffe, the menu is extensive, but by bringing the coffee beans home, you'll have that aromatic brew at your beck and call. The Opera blend has a discrete side, and would mix with chocolate for a superlative mocha. I'm waiting to try it iced, as a summer cooler, but for now, on a rainy day, it's a beautiful 3 o'clock break . Flavorful, delicate, but still with it's own spirit, Opera would be my choice for a coffee break. Oh, maybe a shot of Kahlua, too? It's at your discretion.

Coffee is one of my favorite drinks to enjoy. It not only does the job of waking me up in the morning, it is great tasting too! No matter what time of the year it is, coffee always hits the spot and can be enjoyed throughout everyone's day! Si-Caffe's Opera coffee beans are perfect for a great cup of coffee any time of the day! This delicious medium blend is so fragrant and fresh! I love having it in the afternoon for a little pick me up! Its nutty flavor always leaves me wanting more. It's a sad moment when I'm at the last drop! Si-Caffe's coffee beans are so amazing that I must visit their cafe on Lexington soon! They clearly have some of the highest quality coffee in the USA and everyone should make sure they try Si-Caffe's incredible coffee!

From the moment I opened the box, I knew this coffee is special. Sicaffe, roasted and packed right here in NYC, produces a quality coffee bean. More of an old world, boutique coffee company rather than a mass-produced conglomerate excited me. One of my favorite roasts they offer is Opera. The name just embodies the European coffee experience. First of all, the aroma is so intense and rich-smelling that I find myself sniffing the bag like a bloodhound looking for a scent. Then I get to grinding the beans which to my surprise filled the room with the scent of incredible coffee bean. Now it’s time for the French press. As amazing as it brews, the coffee tastes even better. So indulgent I almost feel as if I am doing something illegal! The perfect addition to any part of your day.
