Champagne Wishes: Chateau d'Esclans Rose 2011 Cotes de Provence Recommended by Whom You Know!!!

From a company that states that they want to produce the best Rose wine in the world, you totally want to try every one they produce. After loving the Whispering Angel Rose by Cotes de Provence, I am ready for the next. Château D'Esclans 2011 Rose. This Rose is pinker in coloring. You can smell the strawberry and peach aromas as soon as you open the bottle. Extremely light without losing the fullness of flavor with hints of spice and an ideal balance, this wine is one of the best rose wines we've identified thus far. Fresh and crisp as it lingers in your mouth. Its complexity is astounding. Enjoyable on its own. However, mix this with some simply grilled fish or sushi and you will be greatly pleased. Transcends you into Monaco drinking this on a yacht outside a formula 1 race. Ah yes, breathtaking. We do believe you will adore it as well, and we recommend it wholeheartedly!
