Champagne Wishes: Les Clans Cotes de Provence Rose 2010 Highly Recommended by Whom You Know!!!
I have heard from many that Les Clans is the favorite Rose from Cotes de Provence, and how can anyone argue with that with the grapes being selected from the best quality lots of old vines of Grenache and Vermentino. I also heard it is hard to get your hands on. Therefore, what could be more exciting than getting a bottle pour moi. Especially since Summer has kicked into full swing and we just had a warm weekend. The bottle is stunning with its fuller bottom. Love the font used on the label declaring its importance. Ok ok let’s get into what really matters…the taste. Super pale yet the flavor is bursting. A perfect blend of Grenache and Vermentino. Delicious apricot and peach sweetness. A beautifully harmonious finish.
Notes of minerals and white flower project finesse and excellence in a liquid symphony in your mouth.
Interestingly, you can age this wine for up to five years. How could anyone possibly wait that long as it is spectacular now. Not truly sure it gets better than this.
