Seggiano's Organic 4 Leaf Balsamic Vinegar A Must For Your Kitchen Says the Peachy's Pantry Panel!

If someone tells you that all balsamic vinegars are the same, they do not know what they are talking about. Seggiano's 4 Leaf Balsamic Vinegar is delicious. The added bonus to its taste is the fact it is organic. I am not sure I have had organic vinegar before now, and I have to tell you this bottle did not disappoint. Its flavor is authentic. In fact, I could drink it straight from the bottle. The flavor blended in when it needed to and stood out when I wanted it to be stronger. If you are looking for an organic balsamic vinegar pick this up immediately. You will not be disappointed.

I love using Balsamic Vinegar to add flavor to my favorite dishes. Seggiano's Organic 4 Leaf Balsamic Vinegar is completely organic and packed full of flavor! It is made in Modena under strictly controlled methods where the organic grapes are blended with organic wine vinegar and matured in aged wooden barrels. This balsamic vinegar differs greatly from your average balsamic vinegar! It is an aged and matured balsamic vinegar that is thicker and sweeter due to the long reducing and aging period in the wooden barrel. I love adding Seggiano's Organic 4 Leaf Balsamic Vinegar to just about anything! I especially love it on fresh fruit with whipped cream. It adds depth and dimension to all of my favorite foods! There are endless possibilities for this wonderful balsamic vinegar!

Balsamic vinegar is a staple in pretty much every kitchen, whether the kitchen belongs to a world-renowned restaurant, a middle class family, or a college student. It's one of those things that is just always there, and it's easy to take for granted. But GREAT balsamic vinegar is something else entirely. Great balsamic vinegar has a flavor profile all its own, similar to the flavor profile of a wine. Since both are derived from grapes, it's easy to see how one could go about tasting them the same way. And recently, I had the pleasure of tasting the best balsamic vinegar I've ever had. Produced by Seggiano and made in Modena under strict guidelines, Seggiano's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is one of the most flavorful, yet smooth, vinegars I've ever tasted. It is rich and complex, with the acidity and tangy character one would expect from a balsamic vinegar, but it is not overly harsh or abrasive - on the contrary, it is extremely well-balanced, and remarkably gentle. Seggiano's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is certified organic - it is created from the juice of organically grown grapes, combined with organic wine vinegar, and fermented naturally. There are no "extras," such as added caramel, which some balsamic vinegar producers add for color and thickening, and there are no sulfites. The ingredient list is refreshingly short, sweet, and uncomplicated: organic wine vinegar, organic concentrated grape must, and organic cooked grape must (must is the cooked juice of grapes). The vinegar is simply splendid on its own, but would be equally enjoyable when used as a marinade or mixed with Seggiano's fantastic Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

Balsamic Vinegar is one of my favorite items to top off my salad. When I tried the Seggiano Organic 4 Leaf Balsamic Vinegar, I couldn't believe I had never tried this before. I loved it. I mixed it with the Seggiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil to put atop my salad, and it was divine. Another thing I love with balsamic vinegar is bread. I always have bread when I'm eating pasta. When eating some pasta the other day, I of course had some bread and used the Organic 4 Leaf Balsamic Vinegar for dipping. It was perfect. I am so excited to learn new ways to use this product.

about us

Seggiano is the name of a small hilltop village at 450 metres on Monte Amiata in southern Tuscany, where Peri Eagleton and David Harrison have farmed Olivastra olives on their certified organic smallholding since 1985. Our range of foods is named in honour of the tiny

village where our story started.

The company's olive oil production could not take place without the essential support and collaboration of neighbours and Seggiano farming friends, who reserve their annual oil
