Expanded Developer University to Return to the 2013 International CES
Today, the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)® announced that Developer University will return to the 2013 International CES®. Developer University is a unique event that brings app developers together with many different platform vendors, helping developers learn about the numerous opportunities available to them, and helping platform vendors reach a larger audience of developers than would be possible at a smaller event. Developer University sold out last year, and has been expanded for 2013 to accommodate more speakers.
“We’re very pleased to be bringing Developer University back to CES,” said Brian Markwalter, senior vice president, research and standards, CEA. “Last year’s event featured 18 presentations from platform vendors and attracted a lot of attention. This year’s event will be even bigger.”
Platform vendors may now sign up for speaking slots at devu.CE.org. Owned and produced by CEA, the 2013 International CES is the world’s most important technology event and will be held Jan. 8-11, 2013, in Las Vegas. Developer University will take place on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, in Rooms S227 and S228 of the Las Vegas Convention and World Trade Center (LVCC).
