News from Lime Rock Park: First Come, First Served: Hillside Cabanas

First Come, First Served: Hillside Cabanas!

We’re not going to brag... Wait, yes we are!

We think we came up with a really neat idea, a unique and fun way to enjoy the Grand-Am Championship Weekend at Lime Rock Park presented by BMW, September 28-29.

Here’s what you get:

- A 10x10, 3-sided pop-up, set-up in Lime Rock's prime viewing area, the Infield Spectator Hillside

- 4 lawn chairs... thanks to Hankook Tire for these comfy seats!

- An iced cooler with your choice of 12 beverages

- A roving hostess from the nearby Harpoon Tavern to see how you're doing!

The Hillside Cabanas are next to the fun-filled Midway, the Harpoon Tavern and “The Pines” Concession stand – and you’re just a hop, skip and a jump away from the Paddock Entrance!

The Lime Rock Park Hillside Cabanas will easily accommodate up to 6 lawn chairs, so bring a couple more chairs if your party is larger than four.

To rent a Cabana is $100 for raceday, Saturday, Sept. 29. The Cabana rental does not include admission to the event; you’ll need a Weekend or Saturday ticket. (And no, you can’t keep the chairs or the cooler!)

We have a limited number of Lime Rock Park Hillside Cabanas available, so do not hesitate if you want to enjoy the races in this fun, unique way!

To reserve your own private Cabana for Grand-Am raceday, you must call the Track Office -- 860.435.5000 -- and ask for Becky. Phone orders only.
