Sadly, the days of wearing pink and peach hued dresses are behind us in Manhattan for 2012-so the thing to do was to ring up Hallak so they would restore them for the season next year! Every last detail is attended to-and sometimes seams can split no matter what part of the garment we're talking about-and Hallak always restores them to their former glory.
They always stuff the garments with tissue and present them flawlessly. Of course, since Peachy lives in Manhattan and has practically no closet space, she removes the tissue as she cannot close her closet as it is (!) but certainly we appreciate the premium care employed on each garment presentation.

And, if you have known Peachy for a very long time, you can appreciate the fact that she still is wearing this dress (since she loves it!) and you can appreciate even more how white that sleeve is after a visit to the right cleaner.
As we've put away the past season we are breaking out the gowns for this season upon us!
This cannot be an easy one to clean with all of the pleats, belt and six buttons...but it is perfect now!
