Sparkling Wine Pairing Box by Cookie Zen Recommended by Whom You Know

After trying the red and white wine pairings, I thought it was time to celebrate! I popped a cork on some Brut Champagne and opened a box of cookies made for pairing with sparkling wines. The cookies in this box included Parmesan Thyme, Zesty Lemon, and Sea Salt Chocolate Oatmeal. These cookies go best with a Brut or Prosecco, but they would taste great with any sparkling wine. From this box, I could not decide on a favorite! The Sea Salt Chocolate Oatmeal had a lovely blend of sweet and salty. The Zesty Lemon was tangy and delicious! And the Parmesan Thyme really surprised me with a bold savory flavor and extremely soft texture. I cannot think of a better way to spend an evening than with Cookies & Corks, your favorite bottle of wine, and a great group of friends!

One of the things I always struggle with is what to pair with sparkling wine. I have found my new favorite pairing in the CookieZen Sparkling Wine Pairing Box.
