DAYLIGHT: “Celebrating Fresh” The New York Produce Show Highlighted by Fresh Origins December 4-6, 2012 - Whom You Know's Inaugural Coverage

As you know, Fresh Origins are our favorite MicroGreens and they have made vegetables exciting to the world!  If you are not excited by your vegetables you must not be eating theirs, so let us enlighten you.  Thank you Fresh Origins for telling us about The New York Produce Show.  Congratulations to Kelly Sasuga on her recent graduation from Culinary School!
David and Julia Sasuga of Fresh Origins

Whom You Know celebrated our 300th post with Fresh Origins in Peachy's Pantry, which is our column devoted to all culinary items individually whether for home use or for restaurant use, and we are constantly amazed with all that they come up with to make entrees, cocktails and everything edible more attractive and flavorful.  Their sophistication in this realm sets them apart from the rest and below you will see all their latest and greatest!  They earned the Innovator Award at Star Chefs recently this year, so we are not the only ones raving about them...this is the first time we have covered the produce show, and we think this is an exciting category as everyone wants to be healthy and have a balanced diet including the best produce available.  Most people in Manhattan are in shape and we do not consider our island to be the problem with American obesity but we would be interested in leading the way for others in having a balanced diet. We had no idea how many produce brands there were before yesterday, but we were glad to see familiar favorites like SunMaid raisins-Peachy was given cute tiny boxes like her grandmother used to buy for her and she loves them.  If you are a produce brand and are one of the people that mistook us for another site with you know in the name, please be aware of our culinary background which recently includes:  Watch Daniel Boulud's acceptance speech complete with champagne (we believe he is quoting Napoleon) he toasts with his daughter as he accepts his Living Landmark status from the New York Landmarks Conservancy-see complete event coverage here including Liza Minelli, Ray Kelly and more.  Last year at this gala we met Mover and Shaker Marc Glosserman.  In our column of Movers and Shakers we have recently published exclusive interviews with acclaimed restaurateurs Bill KnappRufino Lopez and Marco Pipolo.  In recent reviews we've featured everything from the perfect Surf and Turf of The Bull and Bear Steakhouse of The Waldorf=Astoria to the amazing Fish and Chips of A Salt & Battery, which have only added to our Downton Abbey Season 3 anticipation! And get excited for what Peachy will have to say about Jean-Louis (James Beard award-winning Jean-Louis)...she got home from Greenwich not that long before this produce trade show began...we think there is no other site like us. Most people that know us would agree...take a look at the exciting products of Fresh Origins that we'd encourage you to highlight at your holiday celebrations-each is labeled:

Yes it is good to have options in life, and we get many from this outstanding brand!
Restaurants: we hope you are reading!
And look-we hope to find from these three brands that A Peachy by any other name does Smell as Sweet and we hope they have studied Shakespeare!  Contact Peachy, peachy brands!

Finally, they even gave us directions on how to get home:
