Ooooh you know Peachy Deegan just loves Peacock Alley and The Bull and Bear Steakhouse at The Waldorf=Astoria, and so she prioritized Oscar's Brasserie on our list of the latest and greatest! Oscar's Brasserie is named for Oscar Tschirky, the maitre d' who defined the concept of epicurean public dining, Oscar's is the place to start the day off right. The venue is open for breakfast and lunch and engages diners with Waldorf-invented favorites such as Eggs Benedict and Waldorf Salad as well as bold and bountiful newcomers and overflowing salads.We can't wait to elaborate on their exquisite buffet breakfast.
