Top it Off: Shallow Crowned Magenta Cloche by Ellen Christine Couture Millinery Highly Recommended by Whom You Know-It's Just What You Need to Ring in the New Year in Class!

Ellen tells us this shallow crowned "cloche", in magenta velour felt was popular in the late 1920's to the 1930's and we believe it is a timeless classic. It's both packable and practical for a mid-range weather kind of day. Water resistant, and please don't let it dry near/on a radiator if it gets wet. Certainly if it was better weather, Peachy would be wearing it today outside but she is wearing it inside!
