Petite Meadow Sorrel Mix

Colorful mixure of maroon, orange, gold, & green Meadow Sorrels. Similar to wood sorrel, these petites have 3 leaves & are reminiscient of clovers. Extremely tart flavor. The juicy sourness is a great compliment to fish, especially halibut,salmon & sea bass. Also a unique addition to citrus flavored cocktails & a nice flavor accent for sorbets.
