Manhattan it continues to be cold outside! Anyone that thinks that a small fluctuation in the mercury from the teens to the 30's makes it balmy (and we are talking fahrenheit, readers overseas!) is more Eskimo than Peachy Deegan is, so she is still out seeking the best spots for Takeout and we absolutely love our favorites! Gabriel's is a place you'll want to return to again and again, particularly with the way this exquisite comfort food exceeds your culinary expectations consistently. First we have the amazing Tagliatelle tossed with Shrimp, Bay Scallops, Calamari, White Wine and Tomato. This concoction of fruits de la mer (that is seafood for everyone that didn't study with Mademoiselle Charton at Miss Porter's!) is truly tantalizing and will evoke warm summer memories in every bite. The seafood is fresh and the pasta is perfectly al dente.
Baby Chicken marinated with Buttermilk and Rosemary and served with Garlic Mashed
Potatoes and grilled Broccolini is total two thumbs up from Peachy and is super comforting in this dead of winter. The chicken is so juicy and tender and the broccolini is lovely and crisp. The Rosemary is the cherry on top and you know this Irish girl is in love with the Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

A dinner is not complete without a green salad! Mixed greens dressed with Gabriel’s House Dressing, made with Parmesan, Sherry Wine
Vinegar, Shallots, and Olive Oil will balance out your meal and the dressing is delicious and unique.
