Peachy Deegan: What do you know now about being an entrepreneur that you wish you knew in 2006 when Cosmopolitan Dental began?

How do you learn about new innovations in the Dental Industry?
I frequently attend continuing education seminars and follow up on the latest dental trends through web-based catalogs and studies.
Does all this new technology minimize pain for the patient?
Absolutely. The latest advances in dental technology is geared towards minimizing pain and faster recovery time for the patient.
What did you like best about Columbia Dental School and why?
The professors who were world renowned and the international reputation of the research being conducted.
Are there beauty products women should avoid such as types of lipstick that can be bad for teeth?
Avoid smoking and drinking red wine for that can cause stains. Lipsticks do not have a negative effect on teeth.

It is a tremendous accomplishment and certainly believable when we were students at BC back in the 90's.

I love the Museum of Natural History and the Hayden Planetarium since I was a child.
What do you personally do or what have you done to give back to the world?
Every year, I visit Armenia to provide dental care to the orphaned and disadvantaged children
