I've been a long time user of Yves Rocher. So naturally I was excited to find out about their new anti-aging skincare line, Anti Age Global Complete. It's also corrects any major signs of aging and leaves your skin with a more youthful appearance.I'd like to start off with the day cream which is unlike any other that I've used in the past. It has a somewhat whipped consistency to it and feels very rich. However once you apply it, it doesn't feel heavy at all. It goes on very smoothly and effortlessly. Once it's on you can just feel your skin become firmer and smoother. It's also great under makeup - Love it!
I have always loved the day creams by Yves Rocher. I was running low on mine and when I saw the Anti-Age Global Complete Day Cream, I knew it would be good. It was so creamy and didn't leave a greasy and oily residue, which is a high point for me. I loved how it kept my skin feeling moisturized all day. I didn't find I had to keep moisturizing throughout the day. Plus, with the anti-aging ingredients, I found the more I loved how my skin looked and felt. I loved how my makeup went on more smoothly after using this cream. It didn't flake after a few hours so I found I had to touch up my makeup less. This has to be my new favorite cream and would recommend it to any and everyone.

Stem cells are present within every evolved living being, both in the animal kingdom and the plant world. Within plants, these cells are specifically present in a tissue called “Meristem”.
The etymology of the term “Meristem”: “division” in the sense of “cell multiplication”.
Meristems: the origin of Plant Source Cells
The meristems are the areas where the cells retain a fabulous ability – to divide throughout the entire life of the plant to replicate any part of it, keeping all the characteristics of young cells!
These tissues are present in all plants, located principally at the ends of the plant, its roots, buds and the periphery of its stem. They allow the development of the plant, as well as its growth in thickness.
From meristems, we can regrow a plant in its entirety. And, unlike animal plant cells, meristemetic cells are totipotent. They are called totipotent because of their extraordinary power to give rise to all types of different cells, such as those of leaves, roots or stems. They are also capable of regenerating an organ or even an entire plant. Their regenerating abilities are particularly spectacular. They hold the tremendous power of infinite plant self-regeneration.

4thGeneration Plant Source Cells are the result of a high-tech patented process.
Until now, it was possible to proceed in different ways with cells produced by these cultures in a bioreactor:
- Extract the cell biomass with a solvent, these are the 1st Generation Cells (1G).
- Use the dehydrated cells, these are the 2nd Generation Cells (2G).
- Incorporate the whole Cells into the cosmetic formula, these are 3rd Generation Cells (3G). Today, Yves Rocher researchers have chosen to go beyond the 3rd Generation. For the first time ever, they use a cellular stimulation mechanism: elicitation.
This mechanism lets them guide, stimulate and potentiate the production of metabolites like Echinacoside to make the cells more active and therefore, more effective. This technology also allows for the incorporation of intact, whole cells with a strengthened presence of their metabolites, so useful for the proper functioning of skin.
The Yves Rocher Research Center for Botanical Beauty, in collaboration with a biotech laboratory partner, has developed more concentrated cells. These Plant Source Cells are called 4th Generation. They come from Echinacea and are unique to Yves Rocher.
These Yves Rocher 4th Generation Plant Source Cells are then added in their entirety to each Anti-Age Global skin care formula. All their cellular components are present, their DNA, proteins, peptides structure and, especially, their precious active metabolites. An evaluation under an optical microscope of the cell concentration of the active ingredient guarantees a concentration of more than 100,000 cells in each 50 ml jar in the Anti-Age Global line.
Sustainable Production of 4G Plant source cells
The process of growing Plant Source Cells is a soil-free system using laboratory bioreactors. So Yves Rocher 4G Plant Source Cells do not deplete renewable plant resources, nor generate waste, except for the liquid of the culture medium, which can be recycled.
