4 Ways French Women Enjoy Spring by Mover and Shaker Mireille Guiliano:
    
1. Get Moving Make sure to take advantage of a French woman's most powerful equilibrium tip: walking. It is the best way to get out and enjoy the season. Cycling is a great low impact mild aerobic exercise that strengthens the heart and lungs, tones the large muscle groups and is another great way to take in the spring scenery. 

2. Spring into Style Just as nature takes on a fresh look, a wardrobe revamp is a way to embrace the season. Take cues from nature by adding pinks, oranges and greens to your look. I share some of my favorites this year from the streets of Paris and I even have my eye on one particular spring favorite.  

3. Get Spring Fever Awaken your senses and enjoy all the beauty and sensory stimulation spring provides. I find myself delirious with spring fever, buying armfuls of flowers (tulips are my favorite springtime bloom), drinking in scents and colors, and selecting brightly colored linens for the bed and table. It is contagious! 

4. Cook Seasonally Au Marché, is where French women observe the arrival of springtime most seriously. The first peas in a pod, fiddlehead ferns or bunch of crisp spinach can put any French women under a produce love spell. There are few things as invigorating as enjoying fresh, local and seasonal produce in the season of rebirth. Try out a favorite spring time recipe or a few, like this spring strawberry soup. 

I hope you all enjoy the season of beginnings and regeneration. After all, there is so much pleasure potential in this wonderful season.
