Suan's Scotch Bonnet Mango Lemon Fruit Butter Highly Recommended by Whom You Know!

For Bastille Day, I decided to bake a special French pastry to celebrate. For the very first time, I made a batch of chouquettes. As I had hoped, they were buttery and delicious, but they were missing something. Their insides were hollow. They needed filling! I sliced them open and spread some of Suan's Scotch Bonnet Mango Lemon Fruit Butter inside. This was the perfect solution to my dilemma. My chouquettes came alive! The sweet and tangy fruit butter made my mouth water and beg for more. Good thing I made plenty!
Well, my mornings just got a whole lot brighter. Why, you ask? Simple: Suan's Scotch Bonnet Mango Lemon Fruit Butter. I tried this delicious condiment on a plain croissant, and was amazed at just how tasty it was! Made with the spicy Scotch Bonnet pepper, this fruit butter was sweet, tangy, tart, and spicy all at the same time. The bright lemon and mango flavors, combined with the heat of the pepper made for a delicious spread that's a cut above your average fruit butter! It would also make a lovely addition to desserts - I will definitely be trying it that way soon!
I think I've just invented a new beverage. Every summer, there's a plethora of lemon infused drinks, sometimes mixed with beers, as in France or Germany. Every summer, whenever at a bar, poolside or otherwise, I sample something new. So of course, when hit with what to make with the effervescent flavor of this wonderful Mango Lemon Fruit Butter, my hand reached for a bottle of seltzer (Pellegrino, to be precise), and the little yellow jar. Just a teaspoon full in the bottom of a glass, and the world opens before you! The flavor of the mango balances the tang of the lemon, and it all mixes so brilliantly with the seltzer that I have a new summer drink! Onto more possibilities, but this is a definite part of my bar now.
Getting through the work week rut can be tough but not when you have a great breakfast. I enjoy muffins and toast in the morning but butter and strawberry jelly can get old. Enter Suan's Scotch Bonnet Mango Lemon Fruit Butter. This is wonderful addition to baked goods, ice cream, desserts, fish or even cheese cake. The sweet tartness is addicting. It reminds me of being at tea with the Queen, only the Queen is wearing her party dress and dancing. I promise you will come back for seconds.
This is the most versatile butter that I have ever come across. You can use this fresh fruit butter on anything from fish to deserts. This butter combines the punch of the lemon, pureness of the mango and scotch bonnet pepper to create an incredible medley. I have used this product on top of salmon for an utterly pleasant dinner. I have also used this butter to create fruit salad mixing it with apples, pears, watermelon, strawberries and grapes. Another way I like to enjoy Suan’s scotch bonnet mango lemon fruit butter is simply spreading this perfectly textured butter on a piece of toast in the morning with my tea. Highly recommended for people with a sweet tooth like myself!
