Suan's Scotch Bonnet Onion Preserves Highly Recommended by Whom You Know.

When I get home from work, I crave a snack before dinner. I don't want to ruin my appetite, but I need something to tide me over. I usually go for a few slices of cheese. That snack was getting old, so I decided to spice it up! I added a side of Suan's Scotch Bonnet Onion Preserves. These preserves are savory, tangy, and quite bold! They added exactly what I needed to my boring cheese snack.
Suan's Scotch Bonnet Onion Preserves, the newest product from Suan's Foods, is a definite winner! As with all of the condiments produced by Suan's Foods, the hot and spicy Scotch Bonnet is a featured player here, and it is the perfect complement to the sweet onions. The flavors work beautifully together, and would be a welcome addition to many meals. I put the preserves on a hot dog in place of relish, and the result was delicious! Definitely more interesting and sophisticated than your everyday hot dog, and with a nice kick! The preserves would also be an excellent topping for hamburgers or other grilled food, and could easily be incorporated into many recipes to add a lot of flavor and spice with a minimum of effort. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
If you like meatloaf, them you must love a good meatloaf sandwich. In Philly, on Philly Steaks, on hoagies, or as the rest of the world calls them , on subs, onions are a necessity. For a good meatloaf sandwich (here it's a vegan version), Suan's Onion Preserves found a home. They'd be wonderful with mashed potatoes, too, by the way. Or on a simple relish plate for hors d'oeuvres at cocktail time. Delight in discovering all of Suan's product line of Scotch Bonnet preserves, jams, jellies and relishes. You'll love the way she has hidden the hot, and layered on the flavor. It's her own little secret, and we need never know. No matter, because the ultimate result is the delicate balance of flavor, the subtle treatment of the "heat", and the delicate touch of sweet throughout. Discover new ways to use the lowly onion, once it's in a jar from Suan.
If you ask me what my favorite vegetable is I would tell you onions. I realize not everyone shares my love for onions but I can promise you, you will share my love for Suan's Scotch Bonnet Onion Preserves. This unique blend of onions, apple cider vinegar, sugar and garlic will not disappoint you. The possibilities are endless to its uses. It would be great as a condiment to burgers or hot dogs, or as a spread to cheese and crackers. The flavor is strong without being overpowering. I made a cold pasta salad that was a bit blah, but with a few tablespoons of the onion preserves my salad was taken to the next level, yum!
