Suan's Scotch Bonnet Pepper Relish Highly Recommended by Whom You Know! Add Some Culinary Creativity From A Superlative Woman from Oklahoma to Your Life!
Sometimes even the best foods just need the right accent to make them taste even better. This can be anything from a condiment to an herb or spice. However, my new favorite way to accent my cooking is with Suan's Scotch Bonnet Pepper Relish. This tempting relish combines crunchy red and green peppers with sweet, tangy, and tart flavors. It makes for the perfect accompaniment to almost any dish! I really enjoyed taking a spoonful and putting it over some hummus I had made. It really boosted the flavor and texture!
What could be better as a snack than some wonderful cheese, some toothy crackers, and Suan's Pepper Relish? When we were growing up in our multi-ethnic neighborhood, my girlfriend Joanne's father made his own relish. He'd sit after work and enjoy some olives, some pickled something, and his relish. When you're exposed to different foodie cultures, you keep those memories in the back of your mind. Relish isn't just a word now, but a colorful side condiment for savoring a moment of calm, when you can kick back and reflect on your day. Suan's relish isn't too hot, but it always has a little kick. The heat of her peppers has been sublimated, and the flavor is paramount. Great as a side, and in the deep days of summer, a great relief for your system. Heat works to relieve heat, in case you didn't know. Just ask Sam, Joanne's Dad.
In the world of condiments, you may think you've seen it all. But every once in a while, you come across a product so unique and special, it simply demands that it become a regular part of your diet! Such was the case when I tried Suan's Scotch Bonnet Pepper Relish. Created by Suan Grant, founder of Suan's foods, this relish is a fabulous way to add extra flavor and kick to countless meals. Sweet and spicy at the same time, just a little bit goes a long way towards making any dish more exciting. I mixed it into plain hummus, and it was delicious - tons of flavor with just the right amount of heat! I'm also looking forward to using it as a topping on burgers, sandwiches, and more. Highly recommended!
Sweet, tangy and crunchy all sound good to me and that is exactly what you will get with Suan's Scotch Bonnet Pepper Relish. This relish is made of green and red peppers, vinegar, sugar, salt and of course, scotch bonnet peppers. This relish could go with just about anything. Think hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, the list is endless. I tried this relish as an addition to plain cheese pizza. Wow, what a flavor punch it added. It had just a little bit of excitement without going over the top. This is the perfect condiment to have on hand for everyday excitement.
This is the freshest relish I have ever tasted. It tastes like you are eating recently picked peppers with a sweet, tasty, tart flavor. This relish goes great with anything, It takes your average hot dog up about 100 notches. I served it to my husband on a hot dog the other night and he was ecstatic. The crisp and crunchy feeling while eating this relish is unlike anything else. Suan’s scotch bonnet pepper relish is great to make pasta salad with. It is also great to make chicken or tuna salad with as well. It is a great refreshing relish perfect for summer time. I highly recommended packing it next time you grill hot dogs on the beach, it will bring a taste to your food that will make you feel like you’re eating in a five-star restaurant.
