I've tried pasta sauces by Dave's Gourmet in the past, but this is the first I've tried the "Organic Roasted Garlic & Sweet Basil Pasta Sauce". My family loves pasta and will never say "no" to a pasta dinner. I boiled up some water, threw in some rigatoni and let it do its thing. In a separate pot, I gently warmed the new pasta sauce. What was about to happen would be pure perfection. Perfectly cooked rigatoni meets perfectly flavored pasta sauce. I waited with great anticipation as my son and husband tried this delectable duo...the results were in, they loved it! The vegetables are there, the flavor is there, and the consistency will let you cook it down to any smoothness you require. For the average non-cooking person out there, this is the sauce to have when you've a quick dinner to prepare, and it's got to be top notch. Use it in baking, or just over pasta. The ratatouille I used it in loved it, with just the hint of seasoning I always like to add just for good measure. Dave's Gourmet will save you, that's for sure.
