York Design Company by Laura DiLibero released new cuff bracelet designs on their website recently. The collection includes, among other things, a design for hockey fanatics like Peachy Deegan, a design that features preppy whales, and a design that showcases shimmery elephants on a black background. Other designs include colorful and whimsical prints released just in time for fall fashion.

“York Design Company needlepoint cuff bracelets have been selling phenomenally for us this season,” said a shop owner in Rhode Island who carries the products. “The preppy designs are just what our customers are looking for – we sold out of our first order almost immediately!”

The needlepoint cuff bracelets and other products that York Design Company creates are a spin on an old craft with a modern twist. Until recently, needlepoint was seen as a grandmother’s hobby; in the past few years with the rising popularity of preppy style across the country, needlepoint has come back in full-force. York Design Company was founded in September 2012 by needlepointer and entrepreneur Laura DiLibero. DiLibero wanted to take her own modern designs and implement them via the art of needlepoint, which she learned at a young age.
