Not only did Canada capture the gold in both women's and men's hockey in the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics but also they can boast about an impressive fashion line of pants designed and manufactured in Canada: Margaret M. Of course Whom You Know is known for our love of finding excellent products made in America, but nearly just as fantastic is finding a great brand that manufactures in North America. We kick off our coverage with the blue jeans and we tried style Y001 in size 4 denim. It is stitched well and the zipper, pockets and top button are all top quality. If you saw Peachy Deegan at Edit, Curve, Coterie or Moda Manhattan yesterday at the Javits, she was wearing them. Though she really loves them and they fit well around the waist and hips and are a flattering cut, you know that Peachy is not tall at all so they would look perfect if she were about 3 or 4 inches taller-so the only thing we think could be better is if petite sizes were available. Margaret M's denim business has been growing at an impressive alarming rate so they have strategically partnered up with a small denim producer in Montreal and now maximizing his monthly capacity. We're sure Brendan Gallagher wishes they made such amazing jeans for men...

Margaret M is a Canadian based designer label with product 100% designed and made in Canada. They manufacture sportswear including jackets, pants, skirts, dresses and denim; they have an updated missy client base catering to women 35 and over. In business since 1990, Margaret M has recently developed a “Slimming Pant Program” which it’s fabric has special properties to tuck and hold women in to look their best. Margaret M’s main business is private label and has been since day 1.
