Think warm.  Think hot.  Think SIZZLING!  And then you arrive at the amazing salad by Cooper's Tavern titled: Sizzling Shrimp Caesar which is a beacon of blazing in your dreary freezing day if you are in America anyway.  Except for maybe our friends at Fresh Origins who are probably basking in their San Diego sun, most Americans have turned frozen.  Even if you go down south it is cold now, and actually we hear worse down there.  Whether it's hot or cold out, we are still eating here at Whom You Know and when it is cold it is nice to have a bit of sizzle in your salad, and we love how they not only intelligently served the shrimp to top it off separately but also smartly put the dressing on the side like we asked.  Other attendees at the green salad party included romaine, smoked tomato and avocado.  It was just superb and what a salad should be.
For our appetizer selection, we chose Stuffed Mushrooms "Rockefeller" because they sounded sophisticated and different!  Also, we liked the spinach in them.  Elegantly spiced with basil and parmesean, and highlighted by Pernot, these were a great start too.
Unless you're living in a cave, you know that the anniversary of the Beatles coming to America just happened and it has been a smashing 50 years.  As if we needed this for encouragement and did not already write on beaucoup de television by the BBC in Small Screen Scenes and have many brilliant Twitter followers over in the UK, we ordered the Fish and Chips (if you go to Delaware you have to visit our friend Alison at Go Fish!) not even knowing that Cooper's Tavern has a British Chef (Julian Clauss-Ehlers) who of course has amazing taste in tv shows. Of course Julian knows how to make Fish and Chips and they hit the spot with the hand-battered Atlantic Cod, Oregano Fries, Rosemary-Aioli and Red Wine Vinegar.   So, get your ticket to ride to 34th and 8th and try the terrific Fish & Chips at Cooper's Tavern.

We named our Fish and Chips Paul and Ringo
