Lenovo Named as Edison Awards Finalist for Pioneering Personal Technology Innovations Lenovo to be recognized at Edison Awards Gala on April 30 in San Francisco
Lenovo (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY) today announced its Yoga Tablet and IdeaCentre Horizon Multimode Table PC have been named 2014 award finalists by the internationally renowned Edison Awards™. The distinguished awards, inspired by Thomas Edison, recognize innovation, creativity and ingenuity in the global economy.
Lenovo’s Horizon is a finalist in the Industrial Design category, while the Yoga Tablet is a finalist in the Electronics/Computers category.

Edison Award nominees are judged by more than 3,000 senior business executives and academics from across the nation whose votes acknowledge the finalists’ success in meeting the award’s stringent criteria of quality. The voting panel includes members of the American Association Advertising Agencies (4As), Chief Marketing Officer Council (CMO), and Design Management Institute (DMI), among others.
Award winners will be announced April 30, 2014, at the Edison Awards Annual Gala, at the historic Julia Morgan Ballroom in San Francisco, Calif.
