The Hydrating liquid has a cool energizing feel as you apply it. It goes on easily. Just put a little on a cotton ball and apply. After using this gel my skin felt tingly and clean. It cleaned up any left over makeup and dirt. I checked the cleaning pad and you could see what a good job it did. I thought I had thoroughly cleaned my face but after using the liquid I saw that it cleaned my skin even deeper and cleaner and removed more dirt.
