The Peach Pie piece by Pie Sisters was one of the best culinary items we encountered this summer! If you have been reading, you learned earlier this year that there are two kinds of Pie:

We love their commitment to tradition, and their style. Pie Sisters uses only fresh ingredients, and they have eight sweet and three savory pies available at any one time. Pies are made daily, and the pie crust is made daily as well. In addition to regular size pies, pie bites are available. These are mini-pies made in a cupcake tray. We so glad we made it in the window where peaches were in season during our last Washington trip!

This was every bite as delicious as it looked. The flavor was extraordinarily fresh, and the crust is amazing too. We recommend a la mode, and they use Breyers French Vanilla.

Every bite of this piece of pie trumped some dinners we had!

It is THAT excellent.

We also tried the cuppy -cookies and cream flavor.
