Stalis in Oxblood by Lotus Shoes Highly Recommended by Whom You Know! The Menswear Trend is Alive and Well in Manhattan...

We love the menswear trend, and chances are if you consider yourself a preppy you do too.

Not all preppy designs are created equally!

Lotus Shoes of England has been hitting the styles out of the park (that is an American baseball term if you are reading this in London...it means home run as in the ball goes past the wall and that is called the Green Monster if you are in Fenway) for the last year we've worked with them. It's the oldest brand in the mother country, dating back to 1759 and the Stalis in Oxblood for Women is the latest in their hit parade. We love the look and leather tip and suede body, which we suede-proofed before wearing of course. We would not recommend wearing these in the rain, but if you've been reading you know that is what Posh Wellies are for...

They are comfortable and we have been wearing them to meetings, out shopping, and they pair well with a business outfit or jeans! (not a dress)

The tassels won us over too.
They are super-fun in an understated way, which is really the best way to be fun.
