The NHL Trophies are coming to Las Vegas in celebration of the upcoming 2015 NHL Awards. From Friday, June 19ththrough Wednesday, June 24th, fans are invited to visit MGM Grand Hotel & Casino to get a closer look at all of hockey’s most prized trophies including theStanley Cup, Hart Memorial Trophy (most valuable player to his team), Vezina Trophy (top goaltender), Calder Memorial Trophy (top rookie), James Norris Memorial Trophy (top defenseman) and more, as part of a city-wide celebration honoring hockey’s best and the historic 2014-15 NHL season.
The trophies will arrive at MGM Grand Friday at noon and will be on display 24-hours-a-day through Wednesday at noon. Fans will have a chance to take in this inspiring display before the trophies are presented at the 2015 NHL Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Wednesday, June 24.
The most recognizable and revered trophy in all of professional sports —the Stanley Cup—also will be on display. The Stanley Cup will arrive on Monday at 4 p.m. and be on display until 7 p.m. The Stanley Cup will return on Tuesday and be on display from 10 a.m. to noon and again from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
