STACY GREEN ELEVATED TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL HUMAN RESOURCES & FACILITIES A+E NETWORKS

Stacy Green has been elevated to Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources and Facilities for A+E Networks. The announcement was made today by Nancy Dubuc, President and CEO of A+E Networks, to whom Ms. Green will report.

Ms. Green joined the company in 2013 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. During her tenure, she has led the modernization of A+E Networks’ employee benefits plans and policies. Under her direction, A+E Network’s HR team successfully aligned compensation plans with goals and invigorated performance management processes. Ms. Green and her team helped to further enhance A+E Networks standing as a work environment conducive to transparency, creativity and performance. Her team on-boarded and welcomed employees in the company’s acquired ventures in Singapore and Italy.

As Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources and Facilities, Ms. Green will continue as an integral member of the leadership team, ensuring that a focus on culture and people is infused into all teams across the world and is reflected in the spaces in which employees work. Her scope will include all of A+E Networks’ divisions, including A&E®, Lifetime®, HISTORY®, LMN®, FYI™, H2®, HISTORY en Español™, Crime + Investigation™, Military HISTORY® and LRW®, as well as A+E Studios™, A&E IndieFilms®, A+E Networks International®, A+E Networks Digital® and A+E Networks Consumer Products®. 

Ms. Green has over 20 years of business experience, including a unique combination of finance and legal acumen with deep Human Resources focus. Prior to joining A+E Networks, Ms. Green was Vice President, Human Resources, Advertising Sales at NBCUniversal. Previously, Ms. Green was Vice President, Human Resources at Revlon after serving many years as Senior Tax Counsel.

Ms. Green holds an MBA Degree in Finance and Marketing from New York University, Stern School of Business; an LL.M. Degree in Taxation from New York University, School of Law; a Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami, School of Law; and an Honors Degree, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, from the University of Wisconsin. She also has bar admissions in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
