Members of the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate network convened in Seattle from Sunday, October 4th to Wednesday, October 7th to celebrate twenty years of Luxury Real Estate Conferences and to honor the history of Lifetime Achievement Award Recipients. The 20th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference was a huge success, bringing members from across the globe together to share their knowledge and connect with fellow luxury brokers.

Keynote speakers included Dirk Zeller of Real Estate Champions, who enthusiastically discussed four keys to lead conversion and increased sales, and Ian Morris, who shared fascinating insights from his time as CEO of Market Leader during one of the most tumultuous times in real estate history. Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate leadership honored past Lifetime Achievement Award recipients for their valuable contributions to the high end real estate community and welcomed John Brian Losh into this esteemed group at the event’s Gala Dinner & Awards Presentation.

Attendees participated in expert panel discussions on a variety of topics including creating consistency in brand identity to define a point of difference, a moving panel on the intersection of philanthropy and business, and creating company culture in the exciting and continuously changing modern age. Additional targeted discussions led by Luxury Real Estate partners highlighted the crucial investment in internet marketing, emerging marketing technology trends and what the future holds for luxury agents, and an in-depth perspective of the behind-the-scenes of traditional real estate marketing. Other conference events included a pub crawl around Pike Place Market, a networking reception at the oldest and one of the most iconic private clubs in the city, The Rainier Club, and a property tour through three of Washington’s most beautiful properties in high end areas hosted by Ewing & Clark, Inc.
