They are stylish, substantial and all leather, and I picked them for that reason. Even in the summer months, I wanted a sturdy boot that would look good as a smart shoe and stand up in something much more casual - they look great in slim turned up jeans. They have that universal appeal that people appreciate no matter what their age and the colour, a light neutral tan, definitely stands out and invites conversation. I wore them to an after hours meeting arranged by a friend to promote a new company idea and had as many enquiries and compliments as in the bar down the road. I was lucky enough to have nipped home and into less formal clothes but they would also look great under a well cut suit or a trendy pair of trousers. I’m thrilled with them, worn-in they are going to look great!
