America's Cup sailors finished one-two in the 49er class as the Olympic sailing regatta came to a close on Thursday.
Peter Burling and Blair Tuke had locked up the gold medal ahead of the medal race, but they went out and won anyway, stamping their authority on the class and regatta.
The pair, the reigning world sailors of the year, didn't put a foot wrong in Rio, in winning the gold medal.
The previous gold medalists, Australians Nathan Outteridge and Iain Jensen from Artemis Racing, came into the medal race in the bronze position, and sailed away with a silver, the best result they could have hoped for on the day.
Earlier this week, Briton Giles Scott of Land Rover BAR won a gold medal in the Finn class.
And Jason Waterhouse, who will join SoftBank Team Japan following the Games, won a silver medal in mixed Nacra 17 catamaran.
That means every America's Cup sailor in this Olympic Games came away with a medal - as you would expect from the best sailors in the world!
Also watching the results closely today was SoftBank Team Japan sailor Yugo Yoshida whose wife was competing in the 470 class, where she earned a fifth place finish.
