The New York Times Travel Show has announced several new features for its Taste of the World exhibition, a culinary travel showcase featuring celebrated chefs and culinary personalities from around the world.

Providing guests with an exceptional opportunity to learn about delicious destinations, attend culinary demonstrations, and taste some of the world’s most savory flavors, this year’s Taste of the World will take place on the second and third day of the Travel Show on Saturday, Jan. 28 and Sunday, Jan. 29 at the Javits Center in New York City. The Travel Show’s Trade Day will be on Friday, Jan. 27 and invites industry professionals for an exclusive trade-only viewing of 500 exhibiting companies.

The New Wave of Costa Rican Traditional Cuisine Discover the country’s flavorful cuisine with Greentique Hotel’s take on two traditional dishes with a twist, presented by the Costa Rica Tourism Board.
